Search Products
Search our "Products Database" by Item Name.

If you type "Item Name" in the search box and click the Search button it will show you a link that takes you to the Item Informations page.

For additional control you may choose to search on "Price Range" or "By Products" or for the "By Manufacturer." For additional search options use Detailed Search.


How to place order to the shopping cart
There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed.
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2.
Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards.
Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.

After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again.

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel the order, please read the following information thoroughly:

All order cancellations that are successfully made but not paid, are not subjected to pay 25% restocking fee. However, If the merchandise has started to be manufactured or shipped, it is your responsibility to cover 25% restocking fee and pay all shipping and handling charges from you and back to us. Freedom Teller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any membership policies at any time without notice.


Return & Exchange

▶Returns [Return policy]
If you should need to return an item contact Freedom Teller by E-Mail or through our C/S board within 1 week of receiving your order. If it’s been over a week, we may not take returns. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We highly recommend that you insure and track the item when shipping. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all pieces included. After reviewing the returned merchandise, Freedom Teller will issue a refund excluding shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
We may not take returns for any custom sized items.

▶Merchandise Damaged In Delivery
We highly recommend you to review your package as soon as you receive it. You do have a choice to insure your package but if it’s not insured, we are not responsible for all damages in transit.

▶Defective Merchandise
We do our best to review the merchandise before shipping but should your order have any defective merchandise, let us know within 7 days or receiving.
