Orders generally take 14 business days to produce if it's a single item but it may be delayed to 15-30 business days if it's a set item or if we have a large amount of volume to fill. When all the items on your order are manufactured, your order will be filled and shipped as soon as possible. Unless notified, delivery will be made to the address given in the order sheet. Please note that if you do not provide accurate and complete billing address, your order will be delayed until we receive the required information. If there¡¯s any delay in shipping or possible backorder, we will contact you e-mail to notify. We will do our best to make your shopping experience with Freedom Teller a pleasurable one. Shipping Freedom Teller only uses EMS to ship your products. Although we are able to ship to many countries via EMS, there are some countries we are unable to ship to. Also some countries must be shipped by Premiere EMS instead or Regular EMS which may cause high shipping charge. On some heavy items we will contact you by e-mail with detailed shipping quote to your area. We offer free EMS shipping for orders over $ 500 USD.   Customs Duty and Insurance We are not responsible for customs and duty on international orders. All orders will be declared for its full worth but won't be insured unless the customer requests it through the "message" section of the order form. You may need to pay an additional cost to insure your package. However, we are able to mark the package as ¡°gift¡± if the buyer wishes.
